On average, back massagers are selling 59%. But, I dug deeper and found that any back massager with the word Shiatsu in the title sold 88% of the time. Since these items are already selling well, you might want to concentrate on ways to make more money on each listing. For this, end your listing on a Friday, list it as a 1 day auction with a Buy It Now option, and include the word “shoulders” in the title, and watch your selling prices climb.

By Jen Cano, Certified eBay Consultant and Contributing Editor for eBay Radio
Hello eBay Sellers, I’m HammerTap’s Jen Cano with a What’s Hot on eBay newsflash.
Let’s find out what’s hot in little girls’ coats. I used my HammerTap research tool and limited my search to size 4. Coats in this size are selling 50% of the time for an average price of $18. But, of course, HammerTap can show us how to do much better than that. Here’s what moms are purchasing most often this season.
Top sellers are Ralph Lauren, selling 74% of the time for an average price of $33. Hanna Montana, selling 78% of the time for an average price of $32. But, if you can’t manage to get your hands on one of these brands, don’t despair. Down coats, brown coats, and wool coats are all selling around 68% of the time for an average price of close to $30.

Canon PowerShot g9 12.1 megapixel camera sold almost 85% of the time in the last 30 days. That’s HUGE! 163 of 192 listings sold for an average of $373. My job now is to tell you how to list it to make even more money per sale. Here it is: Make $15 - $30 more per listing by making it a fixed-price listing, end it on a Wednesday. Those advertising free shipping in the title made an average of $432, that’s $60 more than those who did not offer free shipping.

Hello eBay Sellers, I’m HammerTap’s Jen Cano with a What’s Hot on eBay newsflash.
Today I want to talk about Art Pottery on the eBay marketplace. I used my HammerTap market research tool to explore this category and got some great information in just a few minutes. Overall, 43% of my listings sold for an average selling price of $59.
Brands in highest demand for volume were Roseville and Warren Mackenzie. Their most in-demand products were dinner plates, mugs, and platters. Interestingly, Roseville was also one of the brands that consistently fetched the highest prices. Other high-dollar brands were Weller Hudson and Rookwood.
Of course, there are lots of other ways to look at the data to find out how to sell your particular art pottery pieces. To find out more visit HammerTap.com and try HammerTap free for 10 days!
